Pan Am 103 Family Member On 'Visceral' Experience of Hearing Gadhafi Was Dead

Brian Flynn lost his brother in the bombing of Pan Am 103–a terror attack tied to Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi. Today, upon hearing that Gadhafi was dead, Flynn told CNN's Erin Burnett the news came with an important bonus: freedom for the Libyan people.

OutFront: NTC 'Unfreezing' Billions to Keep Libya Functioning

In the aftermath of the death of dictator Moammar Gadhafi, the transitional government faces the task of keeping Libya functioning.
