Attorney Paul Callan on Video of Texas Judge: 'It's Abuse'

A videotape of a Texas family court judge appearing to beat his disabled daughter with a belt has created a firestorm of criticism, and the judge's reaction–that is was proper discipline that "looked worse than it was"–has only added to the controversy. On CNN's Erin Burnett OutFront, defense attorney Paul Callan said his first reaction to the video was blunt: "charge him...disbar him...remove him from the bench."

To Callan, there's no mistake in watching the video: "it's abuse."
