Avlon's Political Play of the Day: 'excessive celebration'

It's more often seen in the NFL, where a post-touchdown performance can quickly earn a player a costly (well, for mere mortals) fine. But as John Avlon explains, it also happens in politics, and you might want to keep your eyes on current Republican poll-topper Newt Gingrich.
