Rep. Pete King on the rise of Newt Gingrich: 'he'd be a terrible nominee'

On CNN's Erin Burnett OutFront, Rep. Pete King described Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich as "too erratic" and too "self-centered" to be president. "He'd be a terrible nominee," King told Erin Burnett, adding "people don't change at 68."
