Man pardoned by Gov. Haley Barbour charged for drunk driving death

CNN's Ed Lavandera has the latest on controversial pardon given by Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour to one of the inmates he pardoned in January and is now being charged with driving under the influence and is accused of leaving the scene of an accident after 18-year-old Charity Smith, while he was driving drunk last October.
