Authorities today are searching for the motive behind Sunday's shooting rampage at a Sikh temple that left 7 dead, including the gunman, and 3 wounded in Oak Creek, Wisconsin.
Police identified the gunman as 40-year-old, Wade Michael Page, an Army veteran, who authorities say may have ties to a white supremacy group. As officials continue with their investigation of the gunman, the American Sikh community continues to come to grips with the brutal attack.
"There's no way that this kind of thing happens to you at a place where you go to find peace, to find God of all places, said Kanwardeep Singh Kaleka, who worked with police as an interpreter, talking to witnesses after the attack.
Kaleka continued, "Who would do these kinds of things - at some point you question where can you go to feel safe."
CNN's Erin Burnett will be LIVE in Oak Creek, Wisconsin with in-depth coverage of the Sikh temple shooting aftermath.
