Suicide or cover-up? Arkansas police reenact mysterious death

Was it suicide or a police cover up? 21-year-old Chavis Carter was found dead, handcuffed in the back of a police car on July 29th in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Authorities say Carter shot himself after being arrested for marijuana possession. His family says the police killed him and are trying to cover it up.

Now, Arkansas police have released a reenactment video showing how they believe Carter killed himself. In the video, you can see a handcuffed police officer pull out a fake gun and demonstrate how it could happen.

But does the video tell the whole story?

Criminal Defense Attorney and CNN Legal Contributor, Paul Callan is outfront tonight.
