Family says Progressive Insurance fought against own client in killer's trial

Progressive Insurance, the company most known for its perpetually smiley spokeswoman Flo, is in the middle of a social media fire storm after one family claims the company fought against its own client, killed in a car crash, during the trial of the driver at fault.     Any attorney will tell you sueing an insurance company is like boxing Godzilla-especially in a state where they own most of the legislature....
