Family says Progressive Insurance fought against own client in killer's trial

Progressive Insurance, the company most known for its perpetually smiley spokeswoman Flo, is in the middle of a social media fire storm after one family claims the company fought against its own client, killed in a car crash, during the trial of the driver at fault. Our Alina Cho is OutFront with the details.

    Any attorney will tell you sueing an insurance company is like boxing Godzilla-especially in a state where they own most of the legislature....
