Mars rover sends back more photos, gearing up to fire laser

The Mars rover Curiosity continues to send back new pictures of the Red Planet. And today, engineers announced that the rover is finally ready to start moving and show us its full capabilities – which include a rock-vaporizing laser.

Dr. Michael Shara is an astrophysicist for the American Museum of Natural History in New York and has more details on the future of this mission.
