Pentagon threatens Navy Seal author: 'He could serve jail time,' says national security attorney

"No easy day" is a firsthand account of the mission to kill Osama bin Laden by Mark Owen, whose real name is Matt Bissonnette. Just four days before the book's release, he faces possible criminal charges for violating a non-disclosure agreement with the U.S. military and failing to have the book reviewed by the government.

'Fifty Shades' loses ground to 'No Easy Day'

According to the department of defense, the former navy seal has a "continuing obligation to 'never divulge' classified information," and this remains in force even after leaving the military.
