"Superstorm" Sandy has left the New York City borough of Staten Island with at least six dead. The storm destroyed homes, tossed cars and was able to move an empty tanker ashore.
Staten Island's Republican Congressman Michael Grimm told WABC that the scene was "a Katrina situation all over again. People on roofs. People are Facebooking elected officials."
