Sandy devastates Staten Island: "The damage is much greater than anyone anticipated," says Rep. Michael Grimm

"Superstorm" Sandy has  left the New York City borough of Staten Island with at least six dead. The storm destroyed homes, tossed cars and was able to move an empty tanker ashore.
