A new plea for help in queens: "No one on the peninsula from east to west has power," says Rep. Meeks

CNN's Erin Burnett talks to New York Congressman Gregory Meeks about the storm damage in Queens. Many Queens residents believe they are not getting the help they need. The shoreline peninsula includes Breezy Point and the Rockaways which has no power and no clean water.

The New York City borough is home to almost 120,000 people, more than half live below the poverty line making a desperate situation even worse.
