With two states on board, what does the future hold for legal pot?

After Tuesday, marijuana seems to be everywhere. The image, that is.

It's even in the sports pages! There was an article in USA Today about how professional sports teams are reiterating their bans on marijuana. Of course, all this talk follows the twin victories of two ballot initiatives in Colorado and Washington that legalized the drug for recreational use among adults.

This raises some very interesting questions about the federal government's reaction and how this industry will develop. OutFront tonight is Trish Regan of Bloomberg TV and author of  "Joint Ventures: Inside America's Almost Legal Marijuana Industry."
