We're now just 20 days away from automatic spending cuts and tax hikes kicking in, and it isn't clear if lawmakers are any closer to cutting a deal. Today House Speaker John Boehner said that despite talks with the President, serious differences still remain.

So, what's really going on behind the scenes? Republican Senator Jeff Sessions, the ranking member of the Budget Committee, wrote an op-ed critical about the behind-the-scenes negotiations, and he comes OutFront tonight.
