Republicans and Democrats can't agree on Sandy Relief Bill

The fiscal cliff isn't Washington's only problem. It's been two months since Hurricane Sandy hit the Northeast and lawmakers can't agree on a relief package to help victims of the storm.

The current bill is still stalled in the Senate. CNN Contributor John Avlon is OutFront with the story.
