White men to fill Obama's cabinet: Does the President have a diversity problem?

After winning re-election with the help of women and minority voters, the nation's first black president appears to be stacking his second-term cabinet with white men.

The president's choice for Treasury secretary is expected to be Jack Lew. That's on top of John Kerry for State, Chuck Hagel for Defense and John Brennan CIA chief - all white men.

With Hillary Clinton exiting the State Department - and Lisa Jackson stepping down as head of the Environmental Protection Agency - the Obama Administration is at a net loss when it comes to women and minorities in the Cabinet.

Out Front tonight: CNN Contributors Roland Martin, Reihan Salam, and former Pentagon official Rosa Brooks, a columnist for Foreign Policy magazine.

I personally don't think President Obama has a problem with diversity. I respect the president's judgment and the President has appointed minorities to work with him. 1. Mark Lloyd (Chief Diversity Officer) 2. Eric Holder (Attorney General) 3. Valerie Jarret (Senior Advisor) 4. Samantha Power (National Security Council) and the list goes on.
