Prosecutors: Holmes planned movie theater shooting for weeks

Prosecutors say 25 year-old James Holmes didn't care who he killed when he went into a crowded movie theater in Aurora, Colorado and opened fire on July 20th.

12 people were killed and dozens more were wounded. The preliminary hearing, which will determine if the case goes to trial, ended Wednesday after prosecutors presented more evidence they say shows Holmes had been planning the shooting for weeks.

Ed Lavandera is in Colorado and has the story.
