Sen. Feinstein introduces assault weapons ban foreseeing an 'uphill battle'

Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein proposed a new federal ban that would upgrade the assault weapons ban that expired in 2004 and also prohibit magazines that hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition.

Feinstein admits getting passage of her proposal will not be easy.
