Volkswagen's Super Bowl Ad: Offensive or Effective?

Volkswagen is getting slammed for being racist over its 2013 Super Bowl ad, where a white man - excited about his new Volkswagen - tries to cheer up his colleagues, while speaking with a Jamaican accent.
