Washington State searching high and low for pot czar

In Washington State, where officials are searching high and low for someone to help them grow pot.

Colorado and Washington are the first states to legalize recreational marijuana use, and before they start producing and selling it in mass quantities, they are looking for an "expert" in the field.

You've heard of pot brownies... how about a pot czar?
