Tattoo artist creates 3D nipples for breast cancer survivors

For more than 20 years, Vinnie Myers produced more than 10,000 traditional tattoos. And now he spends most of his time helping breast cancer survivors. Erin Burnett reports.

    It's kind of a bummer that an uplifting, positive segment like this would have to carry a disclaimer or be seen as "offensive to some viewers," when there are so many massacres and madmen and acts of violence shown on television without hesitation or a second thought.
