"I had no intention to kill my girlfriend": Pistorius lays out murder defense

At an emotional bail hearing today, the attorney for South African Olympian Oscar Pistorius read a statement saying his client thought his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp was an intruder when he opened fire and that "she died" in his arms.

But the prosecution laid out a very different version of events - contending the killing was premeditated murder.
