Pistorius plea deal in the works? Jeffrey Toobin says it's possible

In South Africa today, Olympic runner Oscar Pistorius gave tribute to Reeva Steenkamp, the late girlfriend he is accused of murdering, with a private memorial service.

The Olympic star has been charged with premeditated murder after shooting Steenkamp in his home on Valentine's day. Pistorius says it was a tragic accident and he shot Steenkamp because he thought she was an intruder.

Pistorius is free on bail but the question tonight is will this case ever make it to trial?

A PLEA BARGAIN FOR PISTORIUS?

CNN Legal Analyst, Jeffrey Toobin says there is a strong likelihood it could end in a plea deal and he is Outfront tonight with criminal defense attorney, Anne Bremner.
