Former First Lady Laura Bush is taking the lead when it comes to women's issues. In addition to the fellowship program, the Bush Institute is expanding its programs in Africa and Afghanistan.
Erin Burnett asked Mrs. Bush, why she is so compelled to help so many women overseas.
Laura Bush says nothing and is very innocuous about issues. Why doesn't she openly and straightforward say she is pro-choice and pro-Gay rights if that is what she is. She wanted your speeches about Gay rights taken down from a video and she supported very anti-choice Republicans like her father-in-law and husband as well as Rick Santorum in 2006 when he lost his Senate seat. Laura needs to stop being fine-lined and hair-splitting about the issues.
The entrance looks a lot like the Carter Center in Atlanta. Always wanted to go to the Clinton Presidential Library, but can't for the life of me think of anything else to do in Little Rock.
After having just returned from a month and half visit to the US, I believe the US needs to straighten out its on house before trying to fix others problems. There is so much poverty, poor living conditions, murders, health care problems etc tht need to be fixed before they continue pushing their own moral values on other countries.
No one wants to hire an unfit personal trainer. They need to walk the walk and not just talk the talk.
Too much money is focused on protecting boarders, foreign affairs and wars. Every mall I went in had an army recruitment centre. What a waste of tax dollars! Fix poverty in your own back yard first!
