North Korea is putting all of its missile and artillery units on "the highest alert" and threatening to strike U.S. targets in Hawaii, Guam and South Korea.

Tension between the U.S. and North Korea has been escalating for months but the White House says it won't be intimidated.

This is all just a bunch of chest beating for domestic North Korean consumption.
