A day of setbacks for Zimmerman: Judge rules witnesses cannot testify confidentially

In a pivotal pretrial hearing today, a Florida judge denied a request by George Zimmerman's defense team to allow certain witnesses to testify confidentially.

Zimmerman is facing second degree murder charges in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin last February.

His trial is set to start next week.

But before it does the judge still has to make other crucial decisions, including whether or not the prosecution withheld evidence.
