What led to Las Vegas shooting rampage?

Autopsy results reveal Jerad Miller, the suspect in a Las Vegas, Nevada shooting spree, died of a "gunshot wound of the chest."

The deaths of Miller, the two slain police officers and civilian are being ruled homicides.

The death of his wife and accomplice, Amanda Miller, is being ruled a suicide.
