Sarah Palin calls for Obama's impeachment over immigration crisis

(CNN) – Sarah Palin said President Barack Obama's inaction over the escalating crisis on the southern border is grounds for impeachment.

The Republican firebrand wrote in a an op-ed published Tuesday in the conservative website Breitbart that "(Obama's) unsecured border crisis is the last straw that makes the battered wife say, 'no mas.'"

Calls for impeachment are coming from the President's harshest critics on the right and have intensified over the new immigration crisis. However, such a step is far-fetched, especially with Democrats currently in control of the Senate.

In the blistering op-ed, the former Alaska governor and 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee accuses Obama of intentionally allowing immigrants into the United States, hampering American job opportunities.

"President Obama’s rewarding of lawlessness, including his own, is the foundational problem here," she wrote.

"It’s time to impeach; and on behalf of American workers and legal immigrants of all backgrounds, we should vehemently oppose any politician on the left or right who would hesitate in voting for articles of impeachment."

Sarah and Hillary would never be a team, one is logical, level headed, & promotes freedom, the other is IRRESPONSIBLE, UNTRUTHFUL, DECEITFUL, HARMFUL, & DANGEROUS

Sarah please go back to hunting moose or some other animal dumber than you. Oh wait that would mean you cant hunt anymore. Anyone with half a brain would realize that impeachment would require criminal charges to be filed. Just because John McCain chose you as a running mate ( probably because he wanted to lose) does not mean you get to run your mouth off with every little harebrained thought that pops in your head. Do the world, do the country, your family and yourself a big favor and zip those lips.

-I think Sarah Palin would make a fine V.P. for Hillary Clinton, as every time Sarah would go to speak Hillary could loudly interupt and say quickly, "ShutUp," to which in this win win, Hillary gets some place to vent daily and Sarah could find daily room to pout and privately curse. -A very good arrangement, I do believe.
