President Obama addresses border crisis: "Is Congress prepared to act?"

Texas Governor Rick Perry, one of Obama's chief critics, met privately with the President over the escalating border crisis.

Perry previously declined an official invitation to greet President Obama when he arrived at the airport in his home state. But late Wednesday afternoon, Perry changed his mind and met with Obama, riding with him aboard Marine one.

The two made their way to a meeting with local officials and faith leaders to discuss the issues. One of the officials at the meeting, Dallas County's top elected official Judge Clay Jenkins is OutFront.
