Final gunshot in Michael Brown case could be key to indictment

The decision to indict Darren Wilson, the officer who killed unarmed black teen Michael Brown could come down to the circumstances of one gunshot. A private autopsy of the slain teen reveals he was shot at least six times. Brown's family believes their son may have survived if it had not been for a fatal shot to his head.

Here's two simple facts everyone seems to ignore. First, if Brown had simply stepped out of the street when the cop told him to, nothing else would have happened. And while I'm sure some bleeding-heart will say that jaywalking isn't a capital offense, that's not the point. The cop simply told him to get out of the street, he started fighting with the cop, and it escalated from there – it was HIS behavior that was the impetus for the confrontation.

Second point – which EVERYONE seems to ignore – if this had been a black cop and a white kid, it wouldn't have even made a footnote on CNN. Black guys gun down white guys all the time, but THAT is never about race.

If Brown was charging the officer, he should have been shot. He clearly was bigger than the officer. I have not yet made that leap and still await more proof (I am not believing some of those so called witnesses, especially Brown's friend). That being said, I was once assaulted by a very large black man at an ATM. Bigger than Brown. When I pulled out my pistol he almost stopped in mid air and ran. He saw the gun and decided robbing me was not a great idea. no one got hurt. Unless Brown was high I don't think he would continue charging into a gun.

Incredible to see how people miss information right in front of their nose. So now you say Brown committed robbery and yet convenient store never called police? He is even in the slightest attempt suggested he was hi on anything but here you are making up everything to make sure this young man's is made into a thug, a thug who was preparing to take his first colege class three weeks later. Now, we have two witnesses who were working in the area who have given testimony that Brown was walking/running from the police office and not grabbing his gun. To top it all, they have said he had his hands UP. These are two witnesses unconnected to the community who only came there to do construction work and funny enough corroborated with testimony given by the friends who was with Brown.

The criminal was committing his sixth crime that day after 1. smoked weed 2. robbery 3. Assault, 4. Impeding traffic, 5. assaulting an officer, and 6. attempting to assault an officer again in which he was shot. This so called "last shot" only proves he was in fact moving towards the office and as he's was falling was hit in the top of the head. *Key Fact: If his hands were "in the air" as "witnesses claim" the shots would be on the backside of his arms, not drawn as shown.
Those are the facts. Another criminal making really stupid decisions. Now he's dead. Next case.

"Brown's family believes their son may have survived if it had not been for a fatal shot to his head."

I think they meant to say that they believe their son may have survived if he didn't rob a convenient store and try to assault a police officer.

Robbing a 'convenient' store and ALLEGEDLY assaulting a police officer are offenses punishable by death? What planet do you live on?

        Planet Earth.

@WHAT?? You make "Robbery" and "Assault" sound so... "ROMANTIC. These occurrences escalated to the point where Michael Brown was shot and killed. This "Gentle Giant" walked into a "convenient" store (by the way, it's convenience, but I like your version), took the "Swisher Cigars", which we all know are for rolling blunts sometimes with marijuana AND cocaine, because we all know the cigars are NASTY. He proceeded to walk out of the store and shoved the Store OWNER and when the store owner objected, the "Gentle Giant" turned and threatened him verbally and walked out. This "Gentle Giant" had the mindset that he owned that store and it was appalling to him that the actual Store OWNER objected to his five "Gentle" finger discount.

When humans, or teenagers, even "Gentle Giants" express or show ignorant behavior and actions, such as Robbery and Assault, one would expect the behaviors to continue, ignorance is well, ignorant. He then proceeds to walk in the middle of the street, which is again, against the law. A police officer sees them, warns them, and yet he continues to walk in the middle of the street, finally getting into a defensive verbal altercation with the officer.

This is where the escalation begins, the Store Owner called the COPS. What do the COPS do when they get a call about a "Strong Arm Robbery" and "Assault" ,which is what the video shows. He used force to leave the store with unpaid merchandise, sorry not being jaded, it's not my definition. The officer, receives the call over the radio and describes, the "Gentle Giant". HELLO??? To be fair, there are stories flying around, but we will all find out the FACTS soon enough.

As to the several "Witnesses" that gave their "stories", lies will not bring the "Gentle Giant" back, or help the "Community" as a whole. He was shot 6 times in the front of his body.

Sad story all around. Was a pack of "Swishers" or the next " LACED BLUNT" really worth it. From the way he acted in the neighborhood, one word comes to mind.. "MINI DEBO"?

STAY IN SCHOOL AND GOD BLESS EVERYONE!

Planet Earth, where if you try to kill a police officer they have a right to kill you first.

Sorry but if you attempt to grab a police officer's gun, you have decided to skip ALL the steps of whatever force continuum their department teaches. The response will be shoot to kill. Period. Any LE agency.

I just cannot feel sorry for Brown. He roughs up a shopkeeper – twice. He decides to walk down the middle of the street interfering with traffic. An officer POLITELY tries telling him to move to the sidewalk. He decides to charge toward and attack said officer. He decides to grab for the officer's weapon. In LE training there is ONLY ONE reason someone reaches for your weapon and that is in an attempt to turn it against you.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. The officer was 100% right in his response and should not even get charged. When he shot Brown, he did not know nor was he factoring in the convenience store incident. It was 100% a response to his attack and attempted gun grab.

As far as the "alleged", how did the officer get a shattered eye socket if he wasn't viciously attacked?

I'm going to bet the Grand Jury will NOT indict.

Do any of those scenarios even seem plausible? Who goes up to the counter to steal from a store? The video shows him talking with the clerk for a while at the counter. Is that how people steal from a convenience store? Right in front of the store employees?
He was blocking traffic on a street with one car driving by every 3 or 4 minutes?
who charges an officer for asking them to move to the sidewalk?
What person in their right mind would attempt to take an officer's gun in that situation? ONLY A DEATH ROW ESCAPEE would do the stuff people accuse michael of doing.
Thing is, he had no criminal record so why would he make such drastic moves?
Foxtrot Uniform AROCK, your account of events doesn't even make sense but since you are accusing a black guy of doing it, it has to be correct right? You would question those accounts of the event if it was any other color person.
