As Ferguson waits for decision, grand jury hears from doctor hired by family to perform Michael Brown's autopsy

Michael Brown's family attorney, Benjamin Crump came out swinging Thursday, definitively saying Brown had his hands up when he was killed by Officer Darren Wilson.

Crump made the statement on the same day the family's private pathologist, Dr. Michael Baden, testified before the grand jury after being called at the 11th hour.
