Tamir Rice's mother: "I'm looking for a conviction"

The mother of a 12-year-old boy gunned down by police is speaking out publicly for the first time. The mother, Samaria Rice, says that she was threatened with arrest when she tried to rush to her son's aid while he lay dying in the street.

Tamir Rice was playing with a toy gun in the park. Two seconds after police officers arrived on the scene, the 12-year-old boy was fatally shot.
