Ahead of CNN's Western Republican Presidential Debate, Erin Burnett talked to Grover Norquist, president of Americans for Tax Reform. He argues Herman Cain's "9-9-9" plan, saying it creates "three little tapeworms" that could grow into big tapeworms threatening to increase the tax burden on Americans.
In the interview, Norquist also clarifies whether closing tax loopholes fits in with his group's tax reform pledge.
