The man who brought a passenger jet down safely in New York's Hudson River joined Erin to talk about another amazing landing–in Poland–for an aircraft without landing gear. The jet, flying from Newark to Warsaw, had more than 200 people onboard–and nobody was hurt. "That may have been the first time all three gear have failed on a 767 in its 30 years of service," said Capt. Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger on OutFront Tuesday.
Sullenberger noted that the touchdown in Warsaw was critical, since an aircraft without landing gear can only steer its path along the runway using the plane's flaps.
