CNN Polls: Gingrich rises while Cain falls

New CNN/ORC polls were released Monday showing a shift in who should be the next GOP presidential nominee to face President Barack Obama. Former GodFather's Pizza CEO, Herman Cain, loss his front-runner status dropping 11 percentage points to 14 percent. Cain's loss is Former House Speaker, Newt Gingrich gain.

Latest on PSU Child Abuse Case - Sandusky: "I am not a pedophile"

Former Penn State defensive coordinator, Jerry Sandusky continues to defends himself against sex abuse charges. In a recent interview, Sandusky tells NBC's Bob Costas, he's innocent of child molestation.

"I have horsed around", said Sandusky.  In the interview, he said he showered, touched [children], but there was no sexual intent.  CNN's Erin Burnett discusses the latest developments on the Penn State sex abuse case.

Supreme Court to hear challenges to health care law
