Will higher taxes for all be the key to a super committee deal?

On CNN's Erin Burnett OutFront, Rep. Kristi Noem said she's willing to consider a deal that results in taxpayers paying more–if it means cutting debt. The Congressional super committee has just a week left to reach an agreement on debt or face a series of across-the-board cuts.
