Seriously?! Detroit's 'Ramps to Nowhere'
Where does all that public money go? In Detroit, some of it seems to be going to add wheelchair-friendly sidewalk ramps, which of course sounds like a solid investment. At least, until you see where those ramps lead: nowhere. As CNN's Erin Burnett shows us, in one Detroit neighborhood, the ramps are of no use to anybody, able-bodied or otherwise, and that had us asking, "Seriously?!"
