"I couldn't believe there was a shooter on campus," Kosowski told CNN's Erin Burnett. Kosowski's daughter, whose twin brother is also a student at Virginia Tech, were both unharmed–but it's the second time the family has experienced a lockdown. The Kosowskis' older son was a student at Virginia Tech in 2007, when a gunman shot and killed 33, including himself.
