Janet Napolitano on the Department of Homeland Security: 'there are no guarantees here'

In an interview with CNN's Erin Burnett, Secretary Janet Napolitano says at the Department of Homeland Security, "there are no guarantees." In the exclusive interview set to air on Erin Burnett OutFront tonight at 7 p.m. ET on CNN, Burnett asks about protecting Americans against determined terrorists willing to kill themselves in the process of launching deadly attacks. "Look, this is the Department of Homeland Security, not the Department of Guarantees."
