Rep. Burgess on payroll tax: Senate was playing 'unacceptable' game of 'beat the clock'

Rep. Michael Burgess says the U.S. Senate played an "unacceptable" game of "beat the clock" on the question of extending the payroll tax cut. Burgess insists he and House Republicans are ready to work through Christmas to get a better deal. "The American people are working Christmas week, we should be working."
