Gov. Richardson on North Korea's Future: 'Good signs'

Former Governor Bill Richardson has a long standing history with North Korea. He has been to North Korea eight times. Last year, Gov. Richardson traveled to North Korea to diffuse tensions between both North and South Korea after a deadly artillery attack made by the North.

CNNs' Ali Velshi speaks to Gov. Richardson about what Kim Jong-il's funeral meant for North Korea's future.
