In one of the all-time squeakers of a race, Mitt Romney beat Rick Santorum in the Iowa caucuses by a mere eight votes. Or did he? In one county, an Iowa voter (and supporter of Ron Paul) tells CNN Romney was credited with nearly 20 votes he didn't actually earn. As John Avlon explains, if that error is confirmed, it's more than enough to swing the election to Santorum. It would change the story, but not the result, as Romney and Santorum both got seven delegates in the contest, and that would not change.
