The mayor of Harrisburg, Illinois, where a tornado tore through the town early Wednesday, leaving at least six dead, says the people will rebuild. The mayor, who heard the storm's approach and took shelter with his family, was quick to rush to the hard-hit areas of town, where the damage was staggering. "This has truly been a horrific day in Harrisburg, Illinois," Eric Gregg told CNN's Erin Burnett.
