More evidence of clean up at Iran military site

By Elise Labott

Two western diplomats tell CNN that satellite images reviewed by the International Atomic Energy Agency show trucks and earth-moving vehicles at the Iranian military site from which international inspectors have been denied access to. The description provides further clarity to IAEA concerns, first reported by CNN's Matthew Chance last week, that the Iranians were trying to clean up the Parchin facility.

But the sources say while the imagery does show clean up activity, it's not clear what the Iranians might be cleaning up.

The Iranians said this week said they would relent and allow IAEA inspectors in but it comes amidst what diplomatic sources tell CNN is evidence Iran is "undoubtedly" trying to clean up any evidence before allowing the inspection.

The IAEA suspects that research on triggers for nuclear weapons is being carried out at the site. It a recent report the agency said experiments with a nuclear detonation system had been conducted inside a large metal container at Parchin.

The head of the U.N.'s nuclear watchdog agency told CNN's Matthew Chance on Wednesday that Iran could have facilities that it has not declared to inspectors "and we have the indication or information that Iran has engaged in activities relevant to the development of nuclear explosive devices."

after thought... i have to admit it never occured to me.. that the financial crisis in 2008 that the government may have looked at it as a lucrative opportunity to make "free money" off of tax payer dollars. Soo the taxpayer dollars bailed out all these banks and businesses... basically buying up their stock as shareholders.. and once these stocks turn a profit then what?? the government gets the money and the people who paid for it dont?? how does the american people not get a check or portion of the earnings>>????? and if the taxpayers dont get a cut.. doesnt that open the door for companies in the future to rip people off?? or the governement???
