One of our show's bookers, Bob Hand, received an interesting item in the mail last week.
It's a card from American businesman Foster Friess.
You probably remember him as the sugar daddy of Rick Santorum's campaign.
He was on the show a few weeks ago.
On the cover of the card is a photo of Foster and his wife Lynn on a beach with the caption "Smoking Hot Wife!"
It gets stranger inside.
On the inside cover is an ad for Lynn's new book – it's a children's book that Amazon describes as the "story of an inquisitive chipmunk that learns of a mystery at the Museum."
On the other side of the page is a message from the couple and a quote from President John F. Kennedy.
The same John F. Kennedy who made a speech that Rick Santorum said made him want to "throw up."
So, what's the deal?
Is this a Christmas card, an ad for Lynn's book, or a statement of faith?
The answer might be found on the back of the card.
It's a photo of the couple eating a popsicle together. Below that is one line:
"Just Two Big Kids Headed for their 50th Anniversary in August."
50 years?! Can you believe that?
I'm not sure I would want my husband to send out a card like this.
But I hope my fiance and I are this happy when we've been married for 50 years.
Their anniversary is still a few months away.
But let me be the first one to say Happy Anniversary to Foster Friess and his Smoking Hot Wife.
