Gordon Chang on North Korea's plans for missile launch: "we need new tactics"

The North Korean government announced Friday it plans to blast a satellite into orbit in the coming weeks in honor of the late President Kim il Sung's 100th birthday. The international community is condemning the announcement from the untested new leader of the country, Kim Jong Un, who is only in his late 20's and suddenly in charge of one of the largest militaries in the world. The United States said the launch would be a deal-breaker for the food-aid agreement the countries struck just two weeks ago. FULL POST
