Passenger aboard diverted flight credits crew, fellow passengers

A passenger aboard the diverted JetBlue flight forced to land in Texas Tuesday says he participated in the efforts to restrain a pilot who was acting erratically and trying to force his way into the cockpit.

Toobin: health care law in 'grave, grave trouble'

CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin, who attended oral arguments before the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday, emerged to report President Obama's health care law seemed "in grave, grave trouble." Toobin, who described tough questioning from conservative justices–and ineffective responses from the government's lawer–said the votes might not be present to find the law Constitutional.
