Philip Mudd, a former deputy director of the CIA's counterterrorism center, says that Iran will continue to develop a nuclear program, and little can be done to stop them–even the use of military force. Mudd told CNN's Erin Burnett he's skeptical diplomacy will have any impact on convincing Iran to agree not to develop nuclear weapons.

A just-released, 42-page autopsy report offers sad details on the final moments of singer Whitney Houston's life. The The report, issued by the Los Angeles County Coroner's office, lists the cause of Houston's death as drowning "as a consequence of (the) effects of...heart disease and cocaine use."
