Romney moves past primaries to focus on President Obama

The results in Republican primaries Tuesday finally convinced Newt Gingrich the time to end his campaign had come, and Mitt Romney–with a major speech–turned his attention fully and forcefully to the coming campaign against President Barack Obama.
