Did Romney spokesman resign over sexual orientation?

An advisor to Republican candidate Mitt Romney says the campaign was disappointed by the resignation of just-hired foreign policy spokesman Richard Grenell, who'd come under fire from conservative groups for being gay.

On CNN's Erin Burnett OutFront, Eric Fehrnstrom said the campaign tried to talk Grenell out of resigning, and insisted Romney does not focus on factors like sexual orientation in hiring staff.

this turkey keeps saying Obama followed his bosses plan for the autobailout. Steve Rattner addressed Romneys Let Them
Go Bankrupt over a year ago in the Times, but Erin could not let facts stand in the way of letting this craphead run his
piehole. To think Erin used to be on CNBC and we thought she knew the facts on the autobailout. Things like Ford begged
the government to help GM as his butt was on the line because he had the previous year halked everything to get a bank
loan and knew there was none for GM...
